At Xmen Clothing, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently offer shipping within Pakistan only.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed and dispatched the next working day after order placement.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Flat shipping rate: PKR 250 per order.

• Free delivery on orders above PKR 3,000.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

• COD availability may vary in remote areas depending on courier coverage.

6. Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

• Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp, where applicable.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

• In case of an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Re-delivery will be attempted.

  • An additional charge of PKR 200 will be applied and must be paid by the customer.

8. Delays & Courier Issues

• Xmen Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or unforeseen events

• Any delay caused by third-party courier services is outside our control.
