  • Standard Delivery Time: All orders across the country are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours on working days (Monday through Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you place your order.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer Free Shipping on orders above a specified total amount during special promotions.

3. Order Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email or WhatsApp update containing your tracking number and courier details.

  • You can use the tracking link provided to follow your order's delivery status in real-time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Address Verification

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may make a quick confirmation call or send a WhatsApp message to verify your delivery address before dispatching the order.

  • Please make sure your complete shipping address, complete area details, and active mobile number are accurate during checkout to prevent delivery delays.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • While we guarantee fast dispatch to hit the 3 to 5 business days window, minor delays may occasionally occur due to courier delays, unexpected weather conditions, or extreme traffic situations.

  • If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team, and we will immediately coordinate with our courier partner to resolve it for you.
