Orders above PKR 3,000 qualify for free shipping. For orders below PKR 3,000, a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 will be applied.
Orders are usually processed within one to two business days. Estimated delivery time is two to five working days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or any events beyond our control.
We offer a 7 day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.
