What You Can Return
You may return clothing that is in new condition. That means the item is unused, unwashed. All original tags and packaging must be included.
Examples of eligible items (as long as they meet the condition rules):
- Pants categories you see on our site, such as cotton pants for men, cargo pants, dress pants, mens dress pants, pant for men, chino pants, chino pants for men, mens cargo trousers, and cargo trousers.
- Casual options like jeans, mens jeans, and denim jeans.
- Tops and sets such as a shirt, shirts for men, pant shirt, boys pant shirt, and styles related to shirt design for men.
- Basics like cotton pants and cotton trousers men.
What You Cannot Return
- Customized or altered products.
- Items sent back in used or washed condition.
Return Window
- Start your return within 7 days of delivery.
- After we approve your request, please ship the parcel within 3 days.
Exchange Policy
Xmen Clothing allow size, color, or style exchanges. If you like a different size, color, or style (for example, switch from chino pants to cargo pants for men), please return the original item and we will send you the replacement of your choice.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us
Include your order number, product name/size, and the reason for return. - Pack the item safely: Keep tags attach, fold neatly and place the item in a clean bag or box.
- Ship with tracking: Use a trackable courier. Write your order number on the parcel and keep the receipt until your refund is complete.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If you received a damaged item, Xmen Clothing team will cover the return shipping cost. However, if you are returning an item because it doesn’t fit or you changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, as the size and style were chosen by the customer at the time of order.
- If we sent a wrong or defective item, we pay. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the outer label.
Condition Check & Approval
When your parcel arrives, our team can check quality:
- Is the item unwashed
- Is it free of stains and damage
This check usually takes 3–5 business days.
Quality Check & Refunds
When your parcel arrives, we confirm:
- Tags are attached and the item is new.
- Fabric is clean, with no damage or smells.
- The item matches what we shipped.
This review usually takes 3–5 business days after delivery to our facility. If approved:
- We process a refund to your original payment method.
- If the original method cannot receive funds (e.g., certain COD flows), we can transfer to your bank or issue store credit we will ask your preference.
- Banks and payment partners may take 5-10 business days to show the refund in your account.
Wrong, Defective, or Missing Item
- Share your order number, clear photos of the defect or wrong item, and the packaging label.
- We’ll guide you with the next steps. In many cases, we’ll issue a prepaid label (where available) or process a full refund after the item returns and passes verification.
Packaging Tips (For a Smooth Approval)
- Keep items in safe place (e.g., chino pants for men or mens cargo trousers).
- Do not tape over brand tags or stick labels directly on the fabric.
- Include all pieces in a set (for example, a pant shirt or boys pant shirt combo must be returned complete).
Late or Rejected Returns
We may reject a return if it:
- Arrives after the deadline,
- Shows wear, wash, or damage,
- Is missing tags or not the same item we shipped,
- Comes back with strong odors (perfume or smoke) or visible stains.
Rejected items will be sent back to you. We’ll share photos and reasons so you know what happened.
Simple Examples
- Ordered mens dress pants but the fit is not right? Start a return within 7 days, ship within 3 days of approval, and we’ll refund after the quality check.
- Bought shirts for men and denim jeans in one order? You can return one, both, or neither—each item is reviewed on its own.
- Switched your mind from jeans to clothes in another style?
